    If you have selected investment banking as your career, you have selected a different life style
    – an exciting and challenging life!
    Meritocracy
    CICC prides itself on being a meritocracy, a place where results are what count. At any level
    in the firm, you can make a contribution to the business you can have an impact. While there
    is a defined management structure, the firm has no rigid hierarchy. It allows self-starters to
    thrive, and it provides a conduit for creative ideas to get to the top fast.
    Training
    CICC invests heavily in training and developing people. In our value proposition, we treat
    training as an investment, rather than an expense.
    Overseas Training – For new employees, each year an Analyst and Associate training
    program is administered at Morgan Stanley International Incorporated in New York, one of
    CICC’s shareholders. The training program provides you with a range of comprehensive
    knowledge of international investment banking. We also provide on-job training opportunities
    in Morgan Stanley overseas offices.
    In-house Training – CICC organizes a variety of professional training programs regularly
    for employees from different departments based on their needs.
    Certified Professional Program Assistance – CICC reimburses the expense of certified
    professional programs related to employee’s career advancement, such as CPA, CFA, ACCA
    etc.
    Pre-employment Training – Before you join CICC, the systematic training programs will
    equip you with a full range of skills to begin your professional life in CICC.
    Mentor Program – An experienced professional will be assigned to each new Associate/
    Analyst to guide them through their first year.
