    职位描述:
    responsibilities:
    - Deliver system training courses to UBS employees at all ranks/ roles and skill levels, via classroom/ desk side/ remote means, tailored to their needs and requirements. (Target is not exclusive to China dependant on SLA with vendor.)
    - Gather feedback and further requirements for enhancements from users and communicate these to the development and other related business teams (eg BA teams)
    - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of UBS proprietary products
    - Help facilitate and run usability sessions and/or pilot with respect to application design and requirements
    - Project manage the global training and deployment of various UBS proprietary applications
    - Generate reports and MIS to assist global BTE management and colleagues and as well as BTE stakeholders
    Liaise with colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure courses are relevant to their needs, and targeted to the right audience.
    - Document training materials/ plans/ user list/ and other data
    - Generate reports/ create presentation/ MIS
    - Create Computer Based Training pieces as required
    - Create/ develop/ edit/ enhance/ team websites, training sign up site and other internal team tools such as iticket
    System administration as required: eg Chat
    - Provide first level support on BTE chat channel, and provide back up for APAC hotlines


    Requirements
    Qualifications/ Education/ work experience

    Undergraduate Degree – Finance/Marketing/ IT/ MIS
    Investment banking/ finance working experience (2-3 years min)
    Fluent spoken English and Business writing skills are essential
    Foreign languages are strongly desired: Mandarin

    IT skills

    Professional/ advanced level of MS Word/ Excel/ Power point/ Visio, as well as Windows OS
    MS Engineer certificate/ MS Office professional trainer’s certificate highly desirable
    Working knowledge in internet technology: understand internet security/ ports/ proxy
    Desirable to have knowledge of: Business objects, Front Page, Flash, Citrix and/or VMWare
    Be able to put together testing scripts and system SLA documents etc


    Relationship background
    5. IT support experience is strongly desirable
    6. Technology training background is essential
    7. Marketing and/or consultancy experience is desirable
    8. Project management skills, particularly system deployment management experience
