在英语方面有较高要求。我们会通过第三方进行初步英语能力测试，只有通过测试的

6. 客户服务代表 (Customer Service Representatives) 主要处理什么工作？
CSR主要处理销售后期从销售订单确认到回款的跟进工作。它不同于销售代表，CSR主
要以电
话和电邮与客户沟通，解答疑问，处理投诉，与物流同事合作安排货物运输。跟踪货
物达到
和提示销售同事按时收回货款。
