招聘职位：
1.Position: Test Maintenance Technician Trainee (测试维护技术培训生)
Responsibilities  职责：
•MFR controlling for dedicated line
在线MFR（制造坏品率）的控制
•Implementation of regular preventive maintenance plan and reporting
定期预防性维护的执行和报告
•5S Maintain for responsible line.
所负责生产线的5S维护
•On Job  training for testing operator
对相关操作工进行岗位培训
•Initiatively feedback those abnormal failure rate to responsible TE/PSE/LM etc.
及时把异常坏机率反馈给测试工程师/产品工程师/直线经理等相关人员.
•Downtime reduction and downtime data collection
   减少停机时间和停机数据的收集
•Tester Status/Performance Monitoring (RF, Audio, ALS, Camera, BT)
对测试台运行状态进行监控(射频,音频,环境光检测, 照相机,蓝牙等)
•Understanding about test plan and functional block of responsible models and be able to explain those test plans into detail.
理解test plan测试步骤及相应模块的定义，并能详细解释
•Daily Fixture/Adaptor Repairing/troubleshooting
   日常Fixture/Adaptor的维修和故障解决
Requirements  要求:
•College degree or above, major in electrical/telecommunication engineering, computer Science or comparable.
大专以上学历，电气、自动化、通信工程、计算机相关专业
•Positive and fast reaction
积极向上，反应迅速
•Can do spirit and willing to learn
动手能力强并愿意学习
•Good communication and team work
   良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
•Good Computer Skills
   优秀的计算机技能
•Good English skills both reading and writing
英文读写良好； 
•Can work on shift level

2.Position:  Repair Technician Trainee (维修技术培训生)
Responsibilities职位描述：
• Provide timely online technical support to production
   提供移动终端产品生产技术支持
• Initiate production abnormal feedback, data statistics and analysis
   生产异常信息反馈，诊断数据收集及分类
• Diagnose the root cause of failure and give solution
   针对产品故障分析主要原因，提出并实施解决方案
• Involve in WIP and production scrap control
   参与坏品数和生产报废控制
Requirement职位要求：
• College degree or above, majored in electronics and telecommunication preferred
   大专以上学历，电子类、通信类专业优先
• Familiar with high frequency circuit and mobile basic theory
   熟悉高频电子线路及移动通信基本原理
• Skilled on test and repair equipments operation
   熟练操作各种测试和维修仪器设备
• Good English skills both reading and writing
   英文读写良好
• Can work on shift level
能适应倒班工作
